The non-personal information is passively collected information that is collected through your browser (for example, IP Addresses, type of device, browser type, referring URLs, and whether or not it can access information regarding the length of visit and activity).

We will also use cookies and other similar tracking technologies to improve user experience and analytics. These tracking technologies help us understand how users are using our website, which helps us understand where we need to make any changes.

2. How We Collect Information

We collect your information in several different ways. We collect your information directly when you actively provide it to us (e.g. you complete a form, send us a request for information, subscribe to our newsletter, etc., the information was volunteered by you), or we collect your information indirectly by collecting and utilizing information in the manner in which we are tracking your use of our site using mechanisms like Google Analytics, server logs, and cookies. These are automatic processes and are required to improve the performance and usability of our website.

3. Why We Gather Information

We gather information for a variety of important reasons. Our key use is to provide every user with the best experience possible when using our tools. Your information keeps our services running and operating 24/7, developing and improving, tracking usage of the functionality, figuring out if there is a technical issue on our end, and understanding how users are using them. Occasionally, we will use your information to respond to your questions or to send you a periodic update if you signed up for that.

Additionally, collecting information enables us to fulfill some legal and regulatory requirements, as well as protect against malicious or fraudulent activity. It also allows us to keep our services safe and operating as they should.

4. How We Use and Share Your Information

We use the information we collect strictly to improve and support your SahajTools experience. We do not share your information with third parties. We do share information with approved service providers that are supporting us, in the ways of website hosting, analytics, sending emails, security etc. For example, companies like Google Analytics and the site that hosts us may process data on our behalf, under strict confidentiality agreements.

We may also disclose your information if we have a legal obligation to do so, or if there is a good faith belief that it is necessary to comply with legal process or to establish or protect our rights, safety, or the public.
