Who we are
sahajTools is an independent website building a comprehensive library of statistics calculators. We focus specifically on statistics — probability, distributions, hypothesis testing, regression, and the descriptive measures that make up an introductory and applied statistics curriculum.
Our mission
Statistics formulas are often taught quickly and applied under time pressure. Our mission is to make every calculation transparent: not just a number, but a clear path to how that number was produced, so students, researchers, and professionals can check their work with confidence.
What we provide
A growing library of free, browser-based statistics calculators, organized by category, with supporting explanations of the underlying formulas and when each tool applies. No calculator requires an account or payment to use.
Our approach to calculations
Before publishing any calculator, we identify the exact statistical concept it addresses, verify the formula against authoritative references, and test it against known worked examples. We do not guess at formulas or publish a calculator whose methodology we cannot verify.
Accuracy and reliability
We take formula accuracy seriously, but statistics calculators are tools, not guarantees. Results depend entirely on the inputs and assumptions you provide. We encourage users to understand the method behind a calculation, not just trust its output blindly.
